If class is cancelled by CK Education & Training, we will fully refund your money or reschedule the class, whichever your center prefers.  If class needs to be cancelled due to weather, class will be rescheduled by CK Education & Training and by center representative.  If center needs to reschedule for any reason, rescheduling must be done prior to 72 hours before the class.  If class is cancelled or rescheduled by the center within 72 hours of class, then a fee of $50.00 will be charged. A $200.00 minimum charge will be assessed to any center who does not meet the requirements for hosting a class and does not wish to open the class up to outside individuals. Center hosting class(es) is not responsible for payment or cancellation of the students from other centers. 

No refunds will be given for CPR training.  If a CPR training needs to be rescheduled by the center hosting the training, it must be done 7 days prior to the scheduled class date.  If the training needs to be cancelled by the center, a credit will be given towards any future CK Education & Training course.  Reservations for a CPR training is finalized once the deposit is received.
